Karuna is a Sanskrit word used in Hinduism, Buddhism and Zen. It translates as any action undertaken to alleviate the suffering of others and as "compassionate action." Reiki Karuna is very spiritual since she seeks healing through feelings such as love, harmony, peace and forgiveness. You need to be an Usui Reiki Master in order to be attuned. Once attuned you can attune others. You will receive one distant attunement including the level/s of your choice and your manual. Attunements are done by chi ball.
